Powerful Machine Control Software which is developed in-house gives precise control over the laser cutting process. Cutting power and speed can be fine-tuned for different types of fabrics. Settings can be saved and re-used. Cut shapes can be created with our software, or import wide range of vector formats from other programs. The comprehensive design database keeps a complete history of each design, and enables retrieval of these designs as and when required.

 Automatic Roll Feed unit feeds rolled materials through the cutting bed. A tray beneath catches the cutouts. This allows large rolls of fabric to be cut, without any stoppage of machine. |
 Feed Tray System allows a new sheet to be loaded, and finished goods to be unloaded during cutting process. The wide cutting bed allows large and small designs to be fed reliably and efficiently regardless of size and shape. This system is available with honeycomb bed with bottom extraction, or a solid bed with side fume extraction. |

 Electronic Optical Software (EOS) for cutting designs which have been woven, embroidered or pre-printed. The camera locates "registration points" above, below, and next to each badge. This data is used to detect and compensate for any distortion in the fabric. The system is designed for use with badges produced by multi head or schiffly embroidery machines, label weaving or printing machines, or other machines creating colored logos. |
